TeleCommunication Systems to Provide SNAP Deployable Satellite Systems Equipment and Maintenance

TeleCommunication Systems, Inc., has received a $9.8 million order for support equipment and maintenance of Secret Internet Protocol Router and Non-secure Internet Protocol Router Access Point (SNAP) very small aperture terminal satellite systems.

The order is valued at nearly $10 million if all options are exercised. The U.S. Army project manager for the Warfighter Information Network-Tactical Commercial Satellite Terminal program is funding the procurements through the Army’s $5 billion World-Wide Satellite Systems contract vehicle.
